2x A Week Personal Training Package

Personal Training Package for 1 member to receive 2, 1-hour long private training sessions a week. 

Personal Trainer will discuss client's goals and develop a personalized workout program for the client that will include weight lifting, functional training and cardio. Trainer will also provide member with nutritional guidance and a workout program for days they do not have a training session.
